The
Interiors:
The flooring of all
country homes' bedrooms,
drawing & dining rooms, and
on the stairs will primarlly
be in ceramic tiles
The internal walls of every
bungalow will have cement
plaster and Paris/white
cement putty. While the
external walls will be
acrylic painted. Every
bungalow will have wood
framed flush doors with
aluminium/ UPVC windows.
All toilets will be
tiled in ceramic tiles on
the walls and the floors,
and will be provided with
vitreous china WC, Wash
Basin, CP bib Cocks, pilar
cocks and showers.
The kitchen flooring
would have ceramic tiles,
and similar tiles an the
walks upto dado. Every
kitchen will be furbished
with its own counter top,
sinks - made of stainless
steel, and C.P. fittings.
Water Supply: Hot and
cold water pipe system
provided for kitchen &
toilets
Electrical: Concealed
conduit wiring using copper
conductors with standard
quality electrical
accessories, TV and
